Job summary

Prime Life is looking for a compassionate Night Support Worker to join The Fieldings Residential Home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. The role covers night shifts from 8pm to 8am across a 7-day week, delivering companionship and practical support to residents with varying needs.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; successful applicants will access a Fully funded DBS, holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme worth up to £250 per candidate.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Full training provided; prior experience as a Support worker or Care Assistant is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional/practical support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and personal care.
• Support residents in participating in recreational activities and mealtimes.
• Promote independence in meal preparation and daily routines.
• Collaborate with other professionals on individualised care plans.
