Prime Life is seeking a Night Support Worker for Vinegar House in Derbyshire to provide compassionate care to residents with diverse needs. Training is provided for those without prior care experience, and the role includes overnight duties from 8pm to 8am across a 7-day pattern.

We offer fully funded DBS, competitive hourly rates (£12.96–£13.32) and a comprehensive holiday pay scheme. Join a friendly team dedicated to promoting resident well-being and independence.

Qualificações

• Training provided for those without prior care experience.
• Residents may have mental health conditions, learning disabilities or physical disabilities.
• Candidates must be patient, understanding and respectful of residents' abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assist residents in decisions about daily living arrangements.
• Assist with personal care and recreational activities.
• Help residents retire for the evening and ensure a comfortable night's sleep.
• Promote resident independence in food preparation and at mealtimes.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop individualised care plans.
