Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a Night Support Worker to join our Derbyshire team, with full or part-time options. Shifts run 8pm–8am across a 7-day week, based at Vinegar House in Derby. We offer a supportive environment with training and opportunities to progress.

You will provide companionship, practical support and help residents with daily living decisions, aiming to improve quality of life for adults under 65 with mental health needs. DBS paid, holidays, and refer-a-friend bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and desire to support residents.
• Full training provided; prior care experience is desirable but not required.
• Available for night shifts within a 7-day pattern.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional/practical support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and activities.
• Assist with personal care and recreational activities.
• Help residents retire for the evening and sleep well.
• Promote independence in meal preparation and dining.
