Prime Life is seeking a Night Support Worker for Vinegar House in Derbyshire to provide compassionate care to residents with diverse needs. Training is provided for those without prior care experience, and the role includes overnight duties from 8pm to 8am across a 7-day pattern.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assist residents in decisions about daily living arrangements.
• Assist with personal care and recreational activities.
• Help residents retire for the evening and ensure a comfortable night's sleep.
• Promote resident independence in food preparation and at mealtimes.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop individualised care plans.

What we're looking for in our Night Support Worker

To be successful within this role, you will have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for our residents. Though prior experience as a Support worker or Care Assistant is desirable, this is not essential as full training is provided. Typically, our residents live with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities that require dignified support from our care team. It is essential that candidates for this role are therefore patient, understanding and respectful of our resident's individual abilities.

Prime Life are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Night Support Worker, on a full or part time basis. At present, we have several vacancies available and are keen to meet with candidates as soon as possible for interviews.

This role will be based at Vinegar House in Derbyshire. Vinegar House situated in Derby City is a 13-bed care home catering for adults under the age of 65 suffering from various aspects of mental health illness.
