Prime Life is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant for a full-time role at Woodville Residential Home, Derbyshire. Join a friendly team caring for 46 residents with age-related and mental health needs, including dementia.

We offer funded DBS, holiday pay, progression support and a Refer a Friend scheme. Responsibilities include night welfare checks, assisting with personal care, nutrition, mobility and documenting care.

Qualifications

• Patience, empathy and respectful care for residents.
• Willingness to learn and follow training provided.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and getting to bed.
• Perform routine welfare checks during the night.
• Support residents with dining and maintaining nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with aids and equipment.
• Provide companionship and engage with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary care team to promote wellbeing.
