Job summary

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, part of the QHotels Collection, in Grantham, England, is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead overnight operations and audits. You’ll be highly visible in reception, lobby and lounge while ensuring top-tier guest service and hotel security throughout your shift.

Ideal candidates have supervisory and people management experience, strong communication, and a self-motivated approach to running an efficient, high-quality operation in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience at supervisory level or above.
• People management experience.
• Strong communication skills and self-motivated.
• Ability to support running a professional, efficient, high-quality service-oriented operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient night audits.
• Maintain high visibility in the reception, lobby and lounge areas.
• Be responsible for overall security of the hotel during your shift.

What will I do?

You will ensure the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight, concentrating specifically on the night audits and having a high visibility in the reception, lobby and lounge areas as you will be responsible for the overall security of the hotel during your shift.
