Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Grantham, part of The QHotels Collection, seeks a guest-focused team member. You’ll be the first impression for guests, greeting arrivals, assigning rooms, and handling payments, while addressing inquiries with warmth to ensure memorable stays.

What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Grantham and is a 4*, 136-bedroom property. Our hotel is set in acres of woodland with a 36-hole golf complex which has hosted numerous PGA tournaments.
