Job summary

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Grantham is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a hospitality team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will motivate staff, ensure high service standards, and train team members to upsell promotions to guests.

The role focuses on driving revenue while maintaining efficiency and quality in a fast-paced, service-oriented operation across the hotel, golf, and leisure facilities. Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.
