Job summary

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Grantham, a 4* 136-bedroom property, seeks an overnight supervisor to ensure smooth reception operations and high security during night shifts.

You will oversee overnight operations in the lobby and lounge, maintain service standards, lead a small team, and support a safe, welcoming guest experience across the property with a focus on security and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience at supervisory level or above.
• People management experience.
• Ability to support the running of a professional efficient, high quality, service orientated operation.
• Strong communicationskills and self-motivated.

What will I do?

You will ensure the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight, concentrating specifically on the night audits and having a high visibility in the reception,lobby and lounge area s as you willbe responsible for the overall security of the hotel during your shift.
