Job summary

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Grantham is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the F&B team and uphold a high standard of guest experience. You will work with colleagues to drive revenue, ensure proper training, and promote promotions while maintaining service excellence across the hotel’s dining outlets and events spaces.

A good knowledge of wines and spirits is desirable to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Grantham and is a 4*, 136-bedroom property.
