Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Stock and Systems Administrator at our Swan Valley site in Northampton to support a new customer operation.

You will manage stock records, maintain system integrity, and ensure accurate stock across the site. Working full-time on a rotating night shift (37.5 hours per week), you will update WMS data, investigate discrepancies, schedule inbound deliveries, and produce reports to drive operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or inventory roles.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient IT skills with large data handling and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and system data in the WMS.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy.
• Schedule inbound deliveries and support Goods-In and Picking activities.
• Produce reports and analyse data to improve stock accuracy and performance.
