Job summary

GXO Logistics in Stafford is hiring Night shift Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-moving team. You will be involved in inbound, outbound and stock control activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and play a key part in accurate picking and packing for retail delivery orders.

We offer a steady full-time role from 22:00 to 06:00, Sunday to Thursday, with an annual salary of £26,812.50 plus benefits such as staff discount, annual leave, cycle-to-work, onsite facilities and

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Able to work nights and on a rotating schedule.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in picking/packing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound, outbound and stock control activities using WMS.
• Pick and pack products accurately for retail delivery orders.
• Work to KPIs and targets both independently and in a team.
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant working environment.
