Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK Ltd is seeking a Supervisor Nights for the Bristol Kingswood venue. You will lead a team, deliver first-class service and manage venue operations during night shifts. 40 hours per week, £13.53–£14.53 per hour with a higher night rate of £14.53 between 23:00 and 06:00.

The role includes coaching Team Members, ensuring targets, maintaining morale, and applying industry standards. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within gaming, retail, hospitality, or related industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with leading and mentoring others.
• Flexible and adaptable, with shift flexibility (including night shifts).
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for opening, trading and closing the venue.
• Assist venue manager in day-to-day activities.
• Maintain high interior/exterior housekeeping standards.
• Establish and maintain customer service standards to maximise revenue.
• Implement marketing/promotional activities to maximise opportunities.
• Support senior managers to grow the business.
• Ensure cash handling and security procedures are followed.
• Conduct regular checks of floats, keys and security.
• Prioritise safety of staff and customers and maintain a positive working environment.
