MERKUR Slots UK Limited in Bristol Kingswood is seeking a dedicated Supervisor Nights to lead our venue team. You will oversee opening and closing, maintain high service standards, mentor colleagues and ensure targets are met in a fast-paced gaming, retail and hospitality environment.

You will bring excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to work alone or as part of a team. The role offers 40 hours per week at £13.53–£14.53 per hour, night shift rate, 28 days

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or in a similar role within gaming, retail, hospitality, or similar industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor team members to achieve targets.
• Ensure high service standards and maintain morale.
• Manage opening, trading and closure of the venue.
• Assist in implementing marketing/promotional activities to maximise revenue.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and venue security is maintained.
