Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK in Stockport is seeking a Night Supervisor to lead the venue’s front‑of‑house team during the night shift, ensuring service, safety and smooth trading. You will monitor standards, train staff and drive guest satisfaction in a busy gaming environment.

Hours are 36 per week with pay from £13.53 to £14.53 per hour; night rate £14.53 between 23:00 and 06:00. A proactive communicator who can work independently will thrive here.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within gaming, retail, hospitality, or similar industry.
Excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
Experience in leading and mentoring others.
Flexible and adaptable with day and night shift availability.

Responsibilities

Open, trade and close the venue.
Support the venue manager in daily activities.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Uphold customer service standards and maximise revenue.
Implement marketing/promotional activities to boost revenue.
Assist senior managers to maximise business opportunities.
Ensure cash handling follows company procedures.
Ensure security procedures are adhered to.
Promote safeguarding and social responsibility.
Foster a positive working environment.
