Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or similar role in gaming, retail, hospitality, or related industries.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for opening, trading and closing the venue.
• Assist the venue manager in day-to-day activities.
• Maintain housekeeping and interior/exterior standards.
• Maximise revenue opportunities through marketing/promotions.
• Ensure cash handling and security procedures are followed.
• Promote safeguarding and social responsibility measures.
• Foster a positive working environment.
