Job summary

MERKUR Slots UK is seeking a Team Member Nights in Worksop to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming gaming environment. You will work a 23-hour weekly pattern, including nights, with pay rates of £12.84–£13.84 per hour (night rate £13.84 between 23:00 and 06:00).

Previous retail, hospitality or gambling experience is ideal, with flexibility for weekends and Bank Holidays. We provide full training and opportunities for career progression within a market-leading business.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible and able to work on a rota including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue housekeeping to the highest standard (cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls).
• Serve rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour for suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration with a view to 100% accuracy.
• Support smooth running of promotions and events.
• Ensure customer service aligns with company standards and achieves customer satisfaction.
