Job summary

MERKUR Slots UK Limited in Coatbridge is seeking a Supervisor to lead venue teams, manage opening, trading and cash handling, and deliver first-class customer service.

You will need proven supervisory experience in gaming/retail/hospitality, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work day and night shifts in a 24-hour operation if required. The role offers progression, a contributory pension, and a supportive training environment.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for opening, trading and closure of the venue.
• Assist the venue manager in day-to-day activities.
• Maintain high interior/exterior and housekeeping standards.
• Establish and maintain customer service standards to maximise income.
• Implement marketing/promotional activities to maximise revenue.
• Assist senior managers to maximise business opportunities.
• Ensure cash collections are accurate and timely.
• Adhere to company security procedures and conduct checks.
• Ensure safety of employees and customers; address day-to-day issues.
• Promote a positive working environment and represent the company well.
