Sainsbury’s Group is seeking a Nightshift Manager to lead a dedicated team overnight, prioritise deliveries and supervise replenishment. You will run the full shift, ensuring safety, performance, and great standards by morning.

Responsibilities include coaching colleagues, handling disciplinary matters where needed, and overseeing scheduling and pay. The role is full‑time, night hours (22:00–08:00) with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a night shift in a fast-paced, retail environment.
• Ability to manage performance and capability, and conduct disciplinaries when required.
• Proven track record of delivering strong customer service and coaching teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead a night shift team to manage replenishment, deliveries and shelving.
• Take sole responsibility for store operations and colleague welfare during night hours.
• Monitor and drive KPIs (sales, availability and customer satisfaction) and address issues.
• Manage disciplinary and performance issues as required and ensure accurate scheduling and pay.
