Sainsbury's is seeking a Nightshift Manager to lead an overnight team, deliver replenishment, organise the warehouse and ensure shelves are stocked for morning trade. You’ll manage the full shift and safeguard colleagues’ safety and wellbeing.

The role requires frontline leadership in a fast-paced store, with responsibility for scheduling, performance coaching and meeting KPIs. Night shifts run from 22:00–08:00, four nights per week, with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary.

Formación

• Track record of delivering excellent customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Operational leadership responsibilities in the absence of senior managers.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs across sales, availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience handling employee relations including performance and absence management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an overnight team to deliver all replenishment activities, prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse and replenishing shelves.
• Run a full store operation overnight, taking responsibility for the shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are maintained so the store is ready to serve customers in the morning.
• Manage scheduling, performance, disciplinaries and ensure accurate pay.
