Sainsbury's Limited is seeking a Nightshift Customer and Trading Manager to lead overnight replenishment across the store and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will manage a team during night shifts, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and guarantee all standards are ready for morning trading, while coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding service and KPI results.

The role offers a full-time package with a £4,500 night-shift premium and opportunities to develop leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse and replenishing shelves.
• Running full store operation overnight, responsible for shift, safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensuring standards are excellent by morning to serve customers.
• People management: performance, discipline, scheduling and payroll accuracy.
