Sainsbury's in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Nightshift Manager to oversee overnight replenishment and store operations. You’ll lead a small team, prioritise deliveries, and ensure shelves are stocked and compliant with safety standards through the night.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end shift leadership, including disciplining, scheduling, and coaching staff to deliver excellent customer service. The role offers full-time hours and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Operational leadership in the absence of more senior managers.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction, colleague engagement).
• Experience managing employee relations issues, including performance and absence management.
• Desirable - Night shifts in a high-volume, operational environment, adapting to overnight working and maintaining a safe, supportive atmosphere.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team overnight to deliver replenishment, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and replenish shelves.
• Run a full store operation overnight, being responsible for the full shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store.
• Ensure standards are excellent by morning so we’re ready to serve our customers.
• People management is a big part of the role, managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
