Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts under a 3 on/3 off pattern. You will lead a care team, ensure personalised care plans, and support residents and families with dignity and respect.

Ideal candidates have a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care and are pursuing Level 3. You will complete accurate records, assist the Registered Nurse, and contribute to social activities that promote wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma/S/NVQ in Adult Social Care is desirable.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care.
• Background in person centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain high standards of care.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate with RN and Care Manager.
• Administer medication and support residents with physical and mental stimulation through activities.
