The position offers an 20:00–08:00 night shift, roughly 42 hours per week, at an hourly rate of £15.88. Excellent induction and DBS checks are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care home setting or related health/social care environments.
• Experience with medication administration and care planning.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior staff and work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of personal care to residents following individual care plans.
• Manage and administer medications as required and maintain accurate records.
• Mentor less experienced staff and lead by example within the care team.
