Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited in Penrose Croft, Helston is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Days) to join our day team. You will handle medication administration, review care plans, mentor junior staff, and help deliver the highest standard of care to residents.

The role features a permanent rolling rota, three days on followed by three days off, with a 08:00-20:00 shift, and an hourly rate of £15.46. NVQ Level 2 is preferred, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in care, preferred.
• Experience in delivering personal care with dignity and compassion.
• Ability to mentor junior care staff and work within a care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level personal care following individual care plans.
• Administer medication and update resident care records.
• Lead by example and support the care team on shift.
