Crystal Care Collection in the United Kingdom is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) to join our night care team. You will support residents, assist the Night Care Team Leader, manage medication, review care plans and mentor colleagues while maintaining a calm, safe overnight environment.

This permanent role operates on a rolling rota of three nights on, three nights off, with a pay rate of £15.88 per hour and benefits

Qualifikationen

• Holds or is working towards an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing setting is desirable.
• Confident administering medication and keeping accurate records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys mentoring and supporting colleagues.
• Demonstrates compassion, professionalism and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night.
• Assist the Night Care Team Leader in leading and coordinating the night care team.
• Act as a Key Worker for allocated residents and manage care plans.
• Safely administer medications and maintain records per policy.
• Run regular wellbeing and safety checks and respond to call bells and incidents.
• Mentor and develop less experienced team members to uphold high standards.
