Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in care or equivalent.
• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of personal care following care plans.
• Administer medications as trained and document appropriately.
• Lead by example as part of the care team.
• Maintain resident records and confidentiality.
• Support with meals and daily activities.
