Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant (Days) for Heathbrea House in Camborne. This brand-new, custom-built home opens January 2027. You will lead a care team, manage medications, review care plans, and mentor junior staff to deliver the highest standard of resident care.

The role follows a permanent rolling rota: three day shifts (08:00–20:00) then three days off, averaging about 42 hours per week. Pay is £15.46 per hour (days).

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of personal care following individual care plans.
• Manage and administer medication.
• Review and update resident care plans.
• Mentor less experienced staff and lead by example as part of the care team.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' personal information and records.
• Keep residents' rooms clean and tidy; assist with bed-making and light cleaning.
• Assist with meals and drinks, offering polite and courteous service.
