Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited seeks a Senior Care Assistant to join Millstone Mews in Bourne on night shifts. You will manage and administer medication, review care plans, and mentor junior staff while leading by example in a busy home.

You will work a rolling pattern of three nights on, three nights off (20:00–08:00) with a focus on delivering the highest standard of personal care and ensuring residents’ wellbeing and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• Experience as a senior care assistant with ability to mentor others.
• Ability to manage and administer medication.
• Strong communication and teamwork to lead the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of personal care following individual care plans.
• Act as a key worker for named residents and maintain records.
• Manage and administer medication as required.
• Mentor less experienced staff and lead by example.
• Help with meals, cleaning duties, and maintaining a pleasant home environment.
