Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for a full-time night shift pattern (38.5 hours per week, 3 on/3 off) across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes.

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, support residents with dignity and independence, and help plan personalised care under nursing oversight. Building strong relationships with residents' families is essential to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
• Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
• Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain high standards of care.
• Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with the team and residents.
