Job summary
HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our night-shift teams. This full-time role runs a 3-on/3-off pattern with 38.5 hours weekly, delivering compassionate dementia, nursing, and residential care.

Qualifications
- Ideally completed a Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care and working towards Level 3.
- Background in person-centred care planning and dementia care.
- Excellent record keeping and time management.
- Brilliant positive energy and ability to get along with people.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.
- Administer medication and coordinate activities.
- Plan and implement personalised care plans.
- Engage residents with social and recreational activities.
- Communicate with residents' families as needed.
