Johnson Controls in Manchester is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join our ADT team. This full-time, office-based role is night-shift, with day-shift training for the first 6 weeks.

You will diagnose security alarm faults, use monitoring and programming software, and deliver high-quality service to residential and commercial customers while supporting field engineers and maintaining records.
