Johnson Controls invites applications for a Technical Support Advisor (Nights) to join the ADT Support team in the UK. The role operates on a 4-on/4-off schedule from 19:00 to 07:00, with 6-8 weeks of daytime training before night rotations begin.

No prior technical background is required; comprehensive training and career growth across ADT and Johnson Controls are provided. You will diagnose alarm faults, use monitoring software, and deliver excellent customer service while assisting field
