• Experience in sub-acute medicine, rehabilitation, neuro-rehabilitation and palliative care is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and carers.

• Responsible for the assessment of care needs and development of evidence-based care plans.
• Demonstrate clinical decision-making skills and promote high standards of care.
