The Flavour Network is seeking a meticulous Order Processor & Administrator to join the night sales office in Dorset. This permanent, full-time role handles customer orders received by voicemail and email, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

You will input orders, manage records, and provide general admin support while coordinating with the night production team. Strong attention to detail and English communication are essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in administration, order processing or data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong IT skills including Word/Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately input customer orders onto the company IT system.
• Retrieve and process orders received via voicemail and e-mail.
• Listen carefully to customer messages and interpret order information.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Carry out general administrative duties, including scanning, photocopying and document preparation.
• Assist with the production and distribution of customer price lists.
• Respond professionally to queries from the night production department.
• Ensure all orders and administrative work are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Support the wider team with additional administrative tasks.
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach when dealing with queries and information.
