Job summary

MorePeople in Brighton is seeking a Commercial Administrator for an evening role. You will play a key part in ensuring orders are processed and ready for the warehouse and delivery teams each night, coordinating with customer service, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers for the overnight shift.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Making order amendments when required.
Checking delivery routes and ensuring customer information is correct.
Booking third-party couriers when needed.
Responding to customer queries and messages.
Supporting chefs and hospitality customers with availability and delivery questions.
Identifying and resolving issues before they become problems.
Ensuring the warehouse and delivery teams receive a clear and accurate handover for the night ahead.
