Job summary

Night Customer Service Representative in Brighton is a desk-based role supporting the evening operation. You’ll process orders, assist with delivery logistics and liaise with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure a smooth night shift.

Working Monday to Thursday, 6pm–1am, 28 hours per week in a growing produce wholesaler. You’ll join a close-knit team with genuine responsibility from day one and opportunities to interact with top UK restaurants and hospitality clients.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Making order amendments when required
• Checking delivery routes and ensuring customer information is correct
• Booking third-party couriers when needed
• Responding to customer queries and messages
• Supporting chefs and hospitality customers with availability and delivery questions
• Identifying and resolving issues before they become problems
• Ensuring the warehouse and delivery teams receive a clear and accurate handover for the night ahead
