Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor family interactions and newborn care practices during night shifts.
• Maintain safety, safeguarding, and privacy in line with service policies.
• Take timely, objective notes of observations, incidents and concerns.
• Provide guidance on newborn care practices and escalate concerns when needed.
• Communicate handovers clearly to colleagues and management for continuity of care.
• Remain vigilant and responsive to changing circumstances overnight.
