Phoenix Care Staff Ltd is seeking a Newborn Care Assistant to cover night shifts. The role focuses on monitoring and supporting newborn families in a care setting, ensuring safety and wellbeing during night hours.

You will observe care practices, maintain accurate records, and intervene when care does not meet required standards. Ideal candidates have at least six months’ experience in a UK care setting and can demonstrate vigilance, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm overnight.
