Phoenix Care Staff Ltd is seeking a compassionate Newborn Care Assistant for night shifts in the UK, to support families adapting to caring for their newborns.

You will monitor safety, document observations, and follow safeguarding procedures, with responsibility for timely handovers and escalation when needed. The role requires at least six months’ UK care experience.

Hourly rate is £12.71–£13.50, enhanced DBS preferred, night availability, and the ability to work independently on night shifts.

• At least six months of experience working in a UK care setting.
• Caring, patient and professional approach when working with families and newborns.
• Strong observation skills and the ability to recognise potential risks.
• Excellent written communication and accurate record-keeping.
