Job summary

Rotherwood is seeking an Inbound Call Centre Agent for a Keighley-based role. The position is an ongoing temporary assignment with potential to go permanent after a 12-week qualifying period.

Hours are 10:00pm–8:00am, with a 4-on, 4-off rotating pattern, and a pay rate of £13.48 per hour. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, providing accurate information, recording interactions, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Professional, patient and customer-focused approach.
• Good IT skills and the ability to accurately record information.
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends on a rotating 4-on, 4-off basis.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience would be advantageous.
