Job summary

Multitask Personnel is hiring a Call Centre Agent in Doncaster to contact energy customers, arrange Smart Meter installation appointments, and work toward KPI targets in a target-driven environment. The role offers a blended workload with calls and support tasks, and a clear path to permanent employment after 16 weeks.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a scheduled Saturday shift on a rotating basis, and two days per week from home as part of hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, outbound calling or a target-driven environment.
• Confident when speaking with customers and able to influence decisions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; able to handle objections and stay positive.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using a dialer to engage customers and secure bookings.
• Speak confidently with customers and overcome objections.
• Handle inbound queries and respond to customer requests.
• Arrange and reschedule Smart Meter Installation appointments.
• Work toward personal and team KPIs and performance targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions with the Team Leader and share best practices.
