Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers, recording all relevant details
• Coordinate customer service requests with the supply chain and chase progress of work orders
• Resolve queries and complaints using a first call resolution approach
• Create accurate data records to enable timely and standard-compliant requests
• Enhance customer perceptions by delivering solutions in a customer-focused and timely manner
• Take ownership of own performance and seek opportunities to improve
• Maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times
• Keep up to date with changes across the team
