Job summary

Recruit So Simple Ltd in Manchester is seeking Out-of-Hours Contact Centre Agents for a 16-week temporary contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers outside normal hours, handling calls and logging information accurately.

The role requires a calm, confident communicator with weekend/evening availability. 14.5–22.5 hours per week, with an option to earn overtime on bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous contact centre or customer service experience.

OOH Contact Centre Agent — 16-Week Temporary Contract, Manchester £12.70 per hour - 7 positions available

We're recruiting 7 Out-of-Hours Contact Centre Agents for a 16-week temporary contract covering evening, weekend and overnight shifts. You'll be the first point of contact for customers outside normal working hours — handling calls, resolving queries and logging information accurately.

What we're looking for
