Norse Group is seeking a Customer Contact Advisor for a night shift in Norwich. The role is part-time, 28 hours per week, on a rolling 4 days on/4 days off schedule from 5pm to 12:30am, based at the Norwich site.

The successful candidate will enter enquiries into a bespoke database, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day contact centre operations with a professional, helpful attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Work on a rotation of 4 on, 4 off; shift 5pm–1:30am.
• Enter customer enquiry details into our bespoke database.
• Record and maintain information per standard operating procedures.
• Follow instructions and meet required timescales.
• Provide general administrative support in the Customer Contact Centre.
