Job summary

Churchill Estates Management in Ringwood is seeking a friendly Call Operator to handle incoming calls from Residents, logging details in our CRM and supporting a safe, responsive service.

You will work 4-on, 4-off across 184 days a year, with shifts including 8:30am-8:00pm, 11:00am-8:00pm, or 7:00pm-midnight. Full training starts on day one and ongoing development is available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in call centres, retail, hospitality or care sector.
• Excellent communication skills, reliability and resilience.
• Empathetic approach and ability to stay calm in crisis situations.
• Good English and accurate data entry into CRM/systems.

• Answer incoming calls from Residents, including emergencies and security entries.
• Accurately log each call and input information into the CRM call handling platform.

Job description

• Available day time shifts: 8:30am - 8:00pm or 11:00am - 8:00pm, or an evening shift 7:00pm - Midnight 4 on 4 off covering the 7 day week(All roles required for at least 2 weeks full time training, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm from start date)
• Hourly rate: £12.88 per hour

What you’ll be doing as a Call Operator

Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice.

• Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform
• Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents

What we are looking for

• Customer service experience whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector
• Excellent communication skills. Someone who is motivated, reliable, resilient, flexible, calm in a crisis and great problem-solving
• Someone with an empathetic approach
• Good standard of English and ability to enter data into systems accurately

Our 4-on, 4-off rotating shift pattern is designed to fit seamlessly around busy, active lifestyles. With this schedule, you’ll work just 184 days a year (that’s essentially half the year off!)

This structure offers you extended breaks without needing to dip heavily into your annual leave. In fact, by using just 4 days of holiday, you can enjoy a full 12-day stretch off. Plan strategically, and you could take up to five extended breaks like this each year, giving you more time for travel, relaxation, and everything in between.
