Job summary

Ardencote Manor - Hiddenwell, Luxury Wellness Retreat, seeks a organized Nights Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the team during evening shifts. This full-time, permanent role offers £29,000 per annum and requires ensuring bedrooms and public areas meet high standards.

You will supervise room attendants, inspect spaces, coordinate with Reception on arrivals and VIPs, maintain stock, train new staff and uphold health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must take pride in creating beautifully clean and welcoming spaces.
• Must enjoy leading, motivating and supporting others.
• Must have a great eye for detail.
• Must be organised and comfortable prioritising a busy workload.
• Must be able to communicate confidently with different teams.
• Must take guest feedback seriously and looks for ways to improve.
• Must understand the importance of health, safety and safe working practices.
• Must be happy to be hands-on and help the team when needed.
• Housekeeping or supervisory experience would be a real advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Room Attendants, Linen Porters and Public Area Cleaners.
• Inspect bedrooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with Reception on arrivals, departures, room moves and VIPs.
• Maintain stock and plan deep cleans and priorities.
• Act on guest feedback to maintain and improve standards.
• Welcome and train new staff; uphold housekeeping, health & safety, and COSHH.
• Record stock checks and report maintenance or safety issues.
