Job summary

Hiddenwell is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Ardencote Manor, a Luxury Wellness Retreat in the UK. This full-time, permanent role covers 40 hours per week with varied shifts (7am-3pm, 12pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm) across 5 days from 7am-3pm.

The salary is £28,000 per annum, with visa eligibility noted as a requirement to work in the UK. You will lead and support the housekeeping team, ensuring pristine bedrooms and public areas, and collaborate with Reception to deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Must lead, motivate and support others.
• Great eye for detail and pride in cleanliness.
• Organised with ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Confident communicator across teams.
• Understand health, safety and COSHH practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Room Attendants, Linen Porters and Public Area Cleaners.
• Inspect bedrooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with Reception on arrivals, departures, VIPs and guest requests.
• Ensure trolleys, cupboards and stock are maintained; organise deep cleans.
• Monitor feedback and maintain high housekeeping standards.
