Job summary

Ardencote Manor - Hiddenwell, Luxury Wellness Retreat, seeks a organized Nights Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the team during evening shifts. This full-time, permanent role offers £29,000 per annum and requires ensuring bedrooms and public areas meet high standards.

You will supervise room attendants, inspect spaces, coordinate with Reception on arrivals and VIPs, maintain stock, train new staff and uphold health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Room Attendants, Linen Porters and Public Area Cleaners.
• Inspect bedrooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with Reception on arrivals, departures, room moves and VIPs.
• Maintain stock and plan deep cleans and priorities.
• Act on guest feedback to maintain and improve standards.
• Welcome and train new staff; uphold housekeeping, health & safety, and COSHH.
• Record stock checks and report maintenance or safety issues.

We’re looking for an organised, hands‑on and passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team

You’ll play an important role in making sure our bedrooms and public areas look their very best, supporting the housekeeping team throughout the day and helping us deliver the high standards our guests expect

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting and supervising our Room Attendants, Linen Porters and Public Area Cleaners, helping everyone have a successful day
• Inspecting guest bedrooms and public areas, making sure everything is beautifully clean, presented and ready for our guests
• Supporting the guest experience, working closely with Reception and the wider team to manage early arrivals, late departures, room moves, VIPs and special guest requests
• Making sure housekeeping trolleys and cupboards are fully stocked, organise deep cleans and keep the team updated on room priorities
• Helping to continually improve, keeping up to date with guest feedback and take action where needed to maintain and improve our standards
• Helping welcome and train new starters and make sure the team follows our housekeeping, health & safety and COSHH procedures
• Completing regular stock takes, audits, equipment checks and housekeeping records, reporting maintenance or safety issues when needed

Additional Information

• Full‑Time position working 5 out of 7 days per week - including weekends and public holidays
• 40 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: 2.00pm-10.00pm & 3.00pm-11.00pm
• Salary: £29,000 per annum
