Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Team Lead for Translink, Derry/Londonderry. The role is a night-time position from 10pm to 4am, with a 30-hour week across 5 days.

You will supervise cleaning operations, ensure standards are met, manage staff areas, and assist with inductions while maintaining excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a strong eye for detail, and relevant safety qualifications (PTS/medical).

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• PTS and medical pass required.
• Previous work experience in customer service.
• Current BICS qualifications.
• Basic statutory training to understand safety and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Contract auditing and walk-through inspections to ensure trains are cleaned to standard.
• Client contact and liaison.
• Uniforms check to ensure staff are in full uniform.
• Assist operations manager with induction training.
• Ensure staff perform duties to best of their abilities and areas are stocked.
